UK Roku Channels: Abe R. Rant's Guide To Petrifying Podcasts On Roku - Day 19: Horror Series Beginning With The Letter 'S' !!

... and welcome to 'Day Nineteen' of "Abe R. Rant's Guide To Petrifying Podcasts on Roku" where I aim to bring you another batch of Hallowe'en / Horror-related audio series from the plethora of petrifying podcasts that have been released in recent years - any of which can be streamed to your TV via the magic of Roku media players - so, let's dim down those lights... for more audio frights! :-O

If you read my special hallowe'en blogathon preview - FOUND HERE - that I published nineteen days ago, then you'll know I plan to post one Hallowe'en / Horror related article each day, throughout the month of October, featuring an assortment of links to various podcasts beginning with the same letter of the alphabet every day of the month. For the sake of simplicity, I decided to begin this series of blog posts with the letter 'A' on 'Day One', followed by letter 'B' on 'Day Two', letter 'C' on 'Day Three', and so on and so forth, right the way through to letter 'Z' on 'Day Twenty-Six'. Obviously that will still leave five more days worth of posts, by the time we reach the end of the alphabet, so I'll put my thinking cap on (between now & then) to (hopefully) come up with some extra audio "treats" for you by then. With thirty-one posts of the most spook-tacular sounding series I can find, between now and the end of the month, you'll have lots of great choice for your listening pleasure as we count the days to Hallowe'en, as well as plenty of spine-tingling thrills & chills 'twixt now and All Hallows' Eve on October 31st! :-D

For my nineteenth post in this series I'm (once more) going to share links to a (significantly) larger amount of audio "treats" than yesterday, and (again) they'll all be from the general spectrum of horror and the paranormal, but the unifying "trick" (sic) will be that the title for each of these podcast series begins with the letter 'S' - although (again) artistic licence has been taken to ignore "The", when used at the start of the title, to avoid posting too many links for letter 'T' on 'Day Twenty' of this month-long blogathon. However, before we get stuck-in to the next "bag" of "treats", there's something that needs to be addressed - as regards the amount of "ear candy" on offer today - because, with my usual 'Weekly RoundUp' post to be completed (as well as this extra post for the month-long blogathon) I'm not going to have enough time to copy and paste links to every audio source, for each podcast listed, as I've been doing thus far in this series of posts. So what I propose to do is provide links to the main website, as well as one podcast aggregator (most likely 'Apple Podcasts', or another - if it's not there), and an 'RSS Feed' for each of the podcasts mentioned in this article. This will only be as a temporary measure, to free-up the time for my other obligations today, and I will come back to this post later on in the month - perhaps on a day with (far) fewer podcasts for whatever letter of the (horror) alphabet is being covered on that occasion - or sometime early in November, whenever time permits, to add the "missing" links for any audio sources and/or social media accounts that I was unable to include today. Hopefully, that way, you will (at least) have enough information (from the get-go) to be able to find and play any of the podcasts listed below. It should also be sufficient for you to research any of those "missing" links on your own, if you'd rather not wait for me to update the post. So, I hope you will all forgive my falling short of providing as complete a post as I've been doing thus far... but with so much work to do, and only a finite amount of time in which to complete it, there didn't seem like any other way to get around it. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter! ;-) :-D Anyway, without further ado, here is my list of suggestions for Hallowe'en / Horror-related podcast series... the titles for which all begin with the letter 'S' of the (horror) alphabet:-

Sable: is a single narrative horror podcast that asks these questions. Within this podcast, we will bear witness to the death and rebirth of an endless amount of worlds, and the single, horrific thread that ties them all together. There is a town located in the deepest forests of America, a town that many would tell you doesn't exist. The people there have been hiding a secret for the past 300 years, a secret that might just bring about the end of the world as they (and we) know it! :-O ;-) :-D
